No Hidden Fees
Brentwood Builders charges differently than other builders. We give you a flat fee for the entire project at the time of contract for all our services. We don't charge for hidden fees, unexpected costs, or “management” fees. The way we see it, if something is attached to your home, it's our responsibility to make sure it's done right. You don't pay extra for us doing our job the right way. And when we tell you that you need a bigger window during framing, you can rest assured that we are doing it for your sake not ours. This puts us on the same team, so that we can build your dream home, on time and on budget.

Tyke and Judith assisted us with a remodel during COVID. They made the entire process so easy and painless during a less than ideal time.
